During this period we have worked with some 150 separate client projects in UK, EMEA, APAC, North America, trained over 2,000 sales people, 150 sales managers, and 50 MD/CEO’s from all cultures and backgrounds, many of whom did not have English as their first language.

 

30% of our projects have been with early stage VC invested organisations and 5 have gone on to exits that have made their founders and investors financially secure for life.

 

10% of our projects have required for their implementation outsourced sales operations that are lead by an Interim Sales Director sitting on and reporting to the Executive Board.

 

The projects have included full sales process engineering/re-engineering to short refresher sales and negotiation workshops: a great deal of the work has been to help with Market-to-Prospect and Prospect-to-Order enhancements including positioning, messaging and construction of sales aids and tools together with improving the predictability and accuracy of sales forecasting based upon customer-verifiable-evidence. Because of their nature, these are sponsored, sold and executed at CEO & Senior Leadership Team level and then through the organisation.
